Deck Removal Without a Debris Pile Left Behind
An unsafe or unwanted deck is more than a stack of boards. Railings, stairs, framing, posts, fasteners and sometimes concrete footings all have to be separated, carried out and loaded safely.
MD Junk Pros handles the demolition and debris removal as one job. We protect the siding and surrounding yard, keep the work area controlled and leave the footprint cleared for rebuilding, landscaping or a different use.
How Deck Demolition Works
Review the structure
We assess the deck size, height, materials, attachment points, access route and items that must be protected.
Take it down safely
The crew dismantles the deck in controlled sections, separating boards, railings, stairs, framing and posts.
Load and clear
All included debris is carried out and loaded, then the work area is checked and cleared before we leave.
Recent Deck Demolition Projects in Maryland
These real projects show different deck sizes, access conditions and finished results. No stock photography and no empty gallery positions.
Deck Demolition & Haul-Away, 210th Street

This deck project documents the teardown, heavy-lumber carry and cleared footprint included in a complete demolition and haul-away. A backyard deck off 210th Street taken out down to the dirt. This one was past saving, the decking had gone soft and there were open holes straight through the boards, which is the point where a deck stops being a repair project and starts being a liability.
Deck Demolition & Haul-Away, Pinewick Road, Bethgate

This deck project documents the teardown, heavy-lumber carry and cleared footprint included in a complete demolition and haul-away. A full deck teardown on Pinewick Road, in Bethgate off Bethany Lane, the Mt. Hebron pocket of brick-front ranches and split-levels on roughly half-acre lots, some of the most established housing stock in 21042.
Deck Demolition & Removal, Mount Vernon Lane

This deck project documents the teardown, heavy-lumber carry and cleared footprint included in a complete demolition and haul-away. A homeowner on Mount Vernon Lane had an old raised deck off the back of the house that had reached the end of its life, weathered boards, aging railings, and lattice skirting underneath. We took the whole thing apart down to the ground, pulled the posts, and hauled every piece away, leaving the area cleared and open.
How Deck Demolition Is Priced
Deck demolition is quoted from the actual structure and site conditions. Pricing depends on the deck footprint, height, number of levels and stairs, wood or composite construction, railings and posts, concrete footings, attachment to the home, backyard access, carrying distance, debris weight, number of loads and disposal requirements.
