A Clear Plan for a Difficult Job
Estate cleanouts are personal. Families, executors, attorneys and real estate professionals need a crew that can move efficiently without treating the property like an ordinary trash pickup.
MD Junk Pros follows your direction on what stays, what goes and what needs special handling. We clear the home, garage, basement, attic, shed and outdoor areas included in the estimate, then complete a final walkthrough with the person managing the property.
How an Estate Cleanout Works
Walk the property
We review every included room, access point, keep pile, oversized item and deadline before work begins.
Sort and clear
Our crew removes the designated contents while protecting the home and leaving retained belongings in place.
Load and finish
We route usable items for donation when practical, load the remaining material and complete a final sweep and walkthrough.
Estate Cleanouts Completed Across Central Maryland
These are actual MD Junk Pros estate projects. The photos show the rooms before work, the access conditions and the finished space after the designated contents were removed.
Estate Cleanout, Kennard Drive

This estate project shows customer-directed sorting, room-by-room clearing and the final condition needed for a family transition or sale. This Kennard Drive estate cleanout covered a large unfinished basement that had become the main storage area for boxes, plastic bins, seasonal decorations, small household items, and loose belongings. The first two photos show how the contents had spread from the shelving onto the raised platforms and blue floor, narrowing the paths through the room.
Full Estate Cleanout, Icy Run Terrace

This estate project shows customer-directed sorting, room-by-room clearing and the final condition needed for a family transition or sale. This was a full estate cleanout of a two-story townhome on Icy Run Terrace, near Sappington Station and the Odenton Town Center. Decades of belongings had to come out so the family could ready the place for sale, and we worked it room by room.
Full Estate Cleanout, Severn Road

This estate project shows customer-directed sorting, room-by-room clearing and the final condition needed for a family transition or sale. Severn Road is one of the older, larger-lot stretches of Severn, Cape Cods and custom homes on half-acre-plus lots. This one was a full estate cleanout with everything still inside, and the kitchen alone was packed floor to counter with boxes, bags, totes, small appliances and years of accumulation.
Full Estate Cleanout, Mitzy Lane, Glenmar

At Mitzy Lane, the family-directed estate scope required careful room-by-room clearing and a finished property ready for the next decision. The same documented job also involved whole-house and hoarder-cleanout conditions, so the photos appear on those pages with copy focused on the work relevant to each service.
How Estate Cleanout Pricing Works
Estate cleanouts are priced on the full scope of the property, not a small-job minimum. The estimate accounts for the amount and weight of material, number of rooms and floors, stairs, carrying distance, trailer access, sorting or donation staging, oversized items, number of loads, disposal requirements and the completion deadline.
