Clear the Property Without Losing Control of the Process
A hoarder cleanout requires patience, clear instructions and a safe working plan. Paths may be narrow, rooms may be difficult to enter and important belongings can be mixed into material that needs to leave.
MD Junk Pros works without judgment. We follow the customer's or family's direction, open safe working paths, separate retained items when instructed and clear the property in manageable sections. The goal is steady progress and a usable home, not a rushed pile-out.
How a Hoarder Cleanout Is Managed
Set priorities
We identify decision-makers, retained items, unsafe areas, access conditions and the rooms that must be opened first.
Create working paths
The crew clears in controlled sections so people can move safely and completed areas remain usable.
Remove and review
Designated material is loaded, retained belongings stay in place and the customer reviews progress before completion.
High-Volume Cleanouts That Show the Work Involved
Mitzy Lane was a documented hoarder, house and estate cleanout. The additional projects show the room-by-room clearing, stairs, sorting and large household volume that this service requires.
Full Estate Cleanout, Mitzy Lane, Glenmar

Mitzy Lane was also a confirmed hoarder cleanout. The crew worked through accumulated contents in controlled sections, protected customer decisions about retained belongings and reopened the property without treating the situation like a rushed curbside pickup.
Full Estate Cleanout, Icy Run Terrace

For hoarder-cleanout planning, this project shows high-volume accumulation, constrained paths and the need for controlled, customer-directed clearing. This was a full estate cleanout of a two-story townhome on Icy Run Terrace, near Sappington Station and the Odenton Town Center. Decades of belongings had to come out so the family could ready the place for sale, and we worked it room by room.
Full Estate Cleanout, Severn Road

For hoarder-cleanout planning, this project shows high-volume accumulation, constrained paths and the need for controlled, customer-directed clearing. Severn Road is one of the older, larger-lot stretches of Severn, Cape Cods and custom homes on half-acre-plus lots. This one was a full estate cleanout with everything still inside, and the kitchen alone was packed floor to counter with boxes, bags, totes, small appliances and years of accumulation.
Estate Cleanout, Kennard Drive

For hoarder-cleanout planning, this project shows high-volume accumulation, constrained paths and the need for controlled, customer-directed clearing. This Kennard Drive estate cleanout covered a large unfinished basement that had become the main storage area for boxes, plastic bins, seasonal decorations, small household items, and loose belongings. The first two photos show how the contents had spread from the shelving onto the raised platforms and blue floor, narrowing the paths through the room.
How Hoarder Cleanout Pricing Works
Hoarder cleanouts are priced from the condition and full scope of the property. Volume, density, rooms and floors, stairs, access, sorting time, heavy items, protective equipment, number of loads, disposal categories and the pace required by the customer all affect the estimate.
