This was a full estate cleanout of a two-story townhome on Icy Run Terrace, near Sappington Station and the Odenton Town Center. Decades of belongings had to come out so the family could ready the place for sale, and we worked it room by room.

Severn Road is one of the older, larger-lot stretches of Severn, Cape Cods and custom homes on half-acre-plus lots. This one was a full estate cleanout with everything still inside, and the kitchen alone was packed floor to counter with boxes, bags, totes, small appliances and years of accumulation.

For hoarder-cleanout planning, this project shows high-volume accumulation, constrained paths and the need for controlled, customer-directed clearing. This Kennard Drive estate cleanout covered a large unfinished basement that had become the main storage area for boxes, plastic bins, seasonal decorations, small household items, and loose belongings. The first two photos show how the contents had spread from the shelving onto the raised platforms and blue floor, narrowing the paths through the room.
