Point Out What Goes and Get the Space Back
Residential junk removal can be one bulky pickup or a mixed load from several areas of the home. Access, stairs, carrying distance and the material itself determine how much labor the job requires.
MD Junk Pros removes furniture, mattresses, bagged junk, outdoor debris and other accepted household items from where they sit. We provide the crew, loading and haul-away so customers do not have to move everything to the curb first.

Recent Residential Junk Removal Jobs in Maryland
These real household jobs show side-yard access, move-out clearing, a full carport and bagged material beyond ordinary curbside limits.
Side-Yard Junk Removal, Heart of Catonsville

This residential pickup shows the actual access, lifting and loading work included when the customer points out what needs to go. Glenwood Avenue is classic old Catonsville, 1920s and '40s homes on tight lots, with a narrow strip of driveway squeezed between the house and a backyard garage. The owner had staged a rolled area rug, an old hose reel, warped boards, and a run of trash bags along that strip, right up against the vinyl gate.
Move-Out Junk Removal, Dove Court

This residential pickup shows the actual access, lifting and loading work included when the customer points out what needs to go. Dove Court sits in the Still Meadows townhomes off Reece Road, and this customer needed the place cleared before they moved. They set everything out front, mattresses, bagged household goods, a crib, shelving, bins, tires and furniture, and our crew ran it straight into the trailer.
Carport Cleanout, 11th Street

This residential pickup shows the actual access, lifting and loading work included when the customer points out what needs to go. This carport on 11th Street, over in Old Town Laurel near the historic Main Street grid, had become the household catch-all, office chairs, a grill, a dresser, patio furniture, a dog crate, a washer, a string trimmer and a mattress all stacked under the roof. We cleared the whole thing down to bare concrete, and the owner got a usable carport back.
Trash & Bagged Junk Pickup, Mound Street

This residential pickup shows the actual access, lifting and loading work included when the customer points out what needs to go. On Mound Street, a row of stuffed trash bags had built up along the fence line, far more than the curbside cart could ever take. We pulled the truck up the drive, loaded every bag, and left a clean strip of grass behind.
