Empty the Storage Space in One Coordinated Visit
A storage unit can hold a dense mix of furniture, boxes, appliances and loose household items. Facility gates, hallway distance, elevator access and loading rules all affect how quickly the unit can be cleared.
MD Junk Pros removes the designated contents, separates donation-ready pieces when practical and returns the space empty for closeout. The supporting garage projects below show comparable stored volume and sorting, while the Fort Meade Road project is an actual storage-unit cleanout.
How a Storage Unit Cleanout Works
Confirm facility access
We review the unit size, gate and elevator access, loading rules, distance and required closeout condition.
Sort and load
The crew removes designated contents and separates donation, recycling and disposal streams when practical.
Clear the unit
The floor is checked and swept so the customer can complete the facility closeout.
Storage and High-Volume Stored-Contents Cleanouts
The Laurel project is a documented storage-unit cleanout. The garage projects show the same dense boxes, furniture and mixed stored contents that affect loading time and volume.
Storage Unit Cleanout, Fort Meade Road

The Fort Meade Road unit held a sofa, TV console, microwave, espresso machine and rolled rug. We loaded the contents, separated usable pieces for donation when practical and returned the rented space empty so the customer could close the account and stop the monthly charge.
Garage Cleanout, Dawn Whistle Way

This stored-contents project demonstrates dense volume, mixed items, sorting and loading conditions comparable to clearing a rented storage unit. This was a two-car garage on Dawn Whistle Way, over on the newer Mitchellville and Woodmore side of Bowie where the homes run bigger and the garages fill up faster. The owner had lost the whole bay to years of storage, totes, boxes, an old lamp, packing bins, a mirror, bagged household junk and an empty iMac carton stacked around the recycling carts.
Garage Cleanout, Two Rivers

This stored-contents project demonstrates dense volume, mixed items, sorting and loading conditions comparable to clearing a rented storage unit. Yellow Sand Lane sits in Two Rivers, one of Odenton's newer master-planned communities off Route 3 near the Gambrills line, where the colonial townhomes come with two-car garages that fill up fast during a move-in. This one was stacked with boxes, storage totes and leftover moving debris until the owner couldn't park in it.
How Storage Unit Cleanout Pricing Works
Storage unit estimates account for unit size, volume and density, furniture and appliances, loose or boxed contents, gate and elevator access, hallway and loading distance, sorting time, labor, number of loads, disposal requirements and the facility's access window.
