Over in Tanager Forest, off Severn Chapel Road, a two-car garage on Woodrail Drive had filled up the way garages do, overflowing bins, stacked boxes, old electronics, and odds and ends crowding out any room for a car. We cleared the floor and the shelving, sorted the recyclables from the trash, and pulled the metal shelving contents and appliances for scrap.
Built-In Entertainment Center Demo & Haul-Away, Wellington

A homeowner on Huntersworth, on one of Wellington's tree-lined custom-home streets, was updating a family room and wanted a floor-to-ceiling oak entertainment center gone. This wasn't furniture you slide out, it was a built-in, screwed and anchored into the wall from end to end, with upper cabinets, a bridge over the TV opening, and full-height towers on each side.
Storage Unit Cleanout, Fort Meade Road

Out on the Fort Meade Road corridor, MD-198, the artery that runs Laurel east toward Maryland City and Fort Meade, this was a storage-unit cleanout. The renter was done with the space and needed it emptied to stop the monthly bill: a leather sofa and matching cushions, a TV console, a microwave, an espresso machine and a rolled area rug, all pulled out onto the drive.

Pricing depends on device type and quantity, screen size and weight, commercial versus household volume, floor and stairs, carrying distance, disassembly, crew needs and the required recycling or disposal route. Small dedicated pickups may be subject to a $175 minimum.
