A Room-by-Room Plan for Clearing the Entire House
A house cleanout can involve bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, basement, garage and outdoor storage at the same property. The work has to be organized so retained items stay put while unwanted contents keep moving toward the truck.
MD Junk Pros handles whole-home and partial cleanouts for families, homeowners, agents and property managers. We review access, sorting instructions, heavy items and deadlines before the crew begins, then finish with a walkthrough and broom-clean sweep of the included areas.
How a House Cleanout Works
Define the scope
We walk the rooms, confirm what stays, identify heavy items and plan the safest loading route.
Clear room by room
The crew works systematically so cleared areas stay open and retained belongings are not mixed into the load.
Load and finish
We haul the designated contents, sweep the included spaces and complete a final walkthrough before leaving.
Whole-Home Cleanouts Completed in Central Maryland
These documented projects include a full house, a townhouse and high-volume property cleanouts. The same Mitzy Lane project also supports our estate and hoarder pages because that job genuinely involved all three scopes.
Full Estate Cleanout, Mitzy Lane, Glenmar

At Mitzy Lane, the house-cleanout scope covered a high volume of contents across the property rather than one isolated room. The job demonstrates how a crew maintains access, clears living areas in sequence and works toward an empty home while following the customer's keep and remove instructions.
House Cleanout, Jupp Road

Viewed as a house cleanout, this project demonstrates whole-property coordination, carrying routes and the work required to clear multiple living areas. This was a full house cleanout on Jupp Road, one of the little post-war rambler streets on the east side of Glen Burnie, getting emptied for sale. The family staged everything curbside, mattresses, a sofa, kids' toys and a Power Wheels Jeep, plastic chairs, bikes, a mini fridge and boxes of odds and ends, and we ran it straight into the trailer in one trip.
Full Townhouse Cleanout, Crofton Meadows

Viewed as a house cleanout, this project demonstrates whole-property coordination, carrying routes and the work required to clear multiple living areas. The Crofton Meadows townhomes off Mount Airy Court are 1970s three-level colonials, a walk-out basement at the bottom, bedrooms up top, and two assigned parking spaces at the curb out front. That layout is the whole story on a cleanout like this: there's no backing a trailer up to the door, so everything comes down the stairs and across the court to the truck.
Full Estate Cleanout, Icy Run Terrace

Viewed as a house cleanout, this project demonstrates whole-property coordination, carrying routes and the work required to clear multiple living areas. This was a full estate cleanout of a two-story townhome on Icy Run Terrace, near Sappington Station and the Odenton Town Center. Decades of belongings had to come out so the family could ready the place for sale, and we worked it room by room.
How House Cleanout Pricing Works
House cleanouts are priced on the total scope of the property. The estimate accounts for volume and weight, number of rooms and floors, stairs, carrying distance, oversized items, sorting instructions, trailer access, number of loads, disposal requirements and the deadline for completion.
